First check first your printing preferences of your printer. If they are OK, then verify printing settings of your browser.
1) If you are using Internet Explorer:
Please check if you have enabled background colors and images setting. To do this, please:
- verify that "Print background colors and images option" from the Advanced Tab of the Internet Explorers Tools is enabled.
If still your schedule is not printed in colour, please verify if the following setting is enabled too:
- In Internet Explorer click File from the menu and click Page Setup
- On the Page Setup dialog box ensure that the Print background colors and images setting is checked.
- Click OK to close the Page Setup window and print your page again.
