How do I email the schedule to the users and be certain any changes that occur during the week are sent to them too.

When you publish a schedule, if your employees have an email address on their profile and the "When a new schedule is published" option is enabled, they will receive an email copy of the schedule 

Once a schedule is published, if you make any changes, the employee will also receive an alert with the updated schedule. In order for employees to receive schedule alerts, please make sure they have either an email address or a cell phone for text message alerts
