When you first log in to your account, you will find yourself on the Dashboard. From this page, you can view at a glance all the important information you need to know about how your business is performing as far as workforce management is concerned.
On the left side of the screen, you’ll find a bar graph of the Labour Cost on a month-to-month basis and on the right is a line graph showing employee productivity versus time. Other data presented on the dashboard include a quick summary of the company statistics such as total locations, employees, and costs.
Another useful section of the dashboard is the Notifications section where you can be constantly apprised of any changes in your account (e.g. new employees or locations are added) or any situation in your company that needs immediate attention (e.g. when there is a shortage of employees in any of the locations). You can also check from here if there are any pending employee requests.
In the bottom of the page is the Wall Announcements section where you can see or post announcements which are used to inform employees about any company updates.
