Power Edit Tool

NimbleSchedule provides a feature for admins and managers to mass update employees' profile, positions and notification preferences with Power Edit Tool.

This tool can be found on Employees page:





When you open Power Edit tool, you have to select the employees and the respective fields which you want to update.


After this you have to choose one of the update options:

1. Individual: edit the selected fields for each selected employee 

2. Group: make the same change for all selected employees

  • Upcoming Shift Reminder  
  • Upcoming shift day before 
  • Schedule published 
  • Added to shift
  • Shift editing 
  • Removed from shift 


  • Time off request approved 

*Shift Trades, Drop-Shifts, Open-Shifts

  • Trade accepted by co-Worker 
  • Trade request approved 
  • Drop shift request approved
  • Open shift available 


  • Message sent directly to me 
  • New announcement posted on dashboard
