Pay codes can be enabled on your account with just a few clicks.
To enable pay codes, as an Admin user please navigate and select “Settings” from your main navigation bar, select the “Time Clocking” section, and check the “Enable Pay Codes” option then simply click “Save”.
Additionally, If your employees are allowed to manually add and edit timesheets you may also allow them to change the pay code associated with a timesheet entry, by enabling “Allow employees to assign or change the Pay Code”.
Once this feature is enabled, you will need to create pay codes before employees and managers will be able to use this feature. For a detailed guide please see the Setup Paycodes article.
