Setting up the initial PTO balance within Nimbleschedule takes a little bit of effort but once all of the balances are adjusted your team will be off and running.
This option can be found under the Requests tab -> Time-Off section.
When opened you will be able to make some manual adjustments to employee's balances. At the top of the page you are able to adjust which one of your policies you are working with.
It's normal to need to have both negative and positive amounts of hours within this page when coming from another system or accrual method. The key is to ensure your employees' balance is shown correctly within their profile.
